Realtor Call Rescue

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 11, 2026

This policy explains what information Realtor Call Rescue collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. It covers both our business customers (brokerages) and the people who call or text a rescue number.

1. Information we collect

2. How we use it

We do not sell personal information, and we don't use caller data for advertising.

3. Callers' information

If you called a brokerage and received a text from its rescue number, your phone number, messages, and any voicemail you left are processed on that brokerage's behalf so an agent can get back to you. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that number immediately.

4. Service providers we rely on

Each receives only what it needs to perform its role.

5. Retention

Call activity, messages, and voicemails are kept while your account is active so your dashboard history works. When an account is canceled, we delete or de-identify its data within a reasonable period, except records we must keep for legal, billing, or security reasons.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, passwords are stored hashed, recordings live in access-controlled cloud storage, and dashboard access requires your login. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your clients' information the way you'd want your own treated.

7. Your choices

8. Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll notify customers by email or in the dashboard before they take effect.
