Terms of Service
Last updated: August 11, 2026
These terms are an agreement between your brokerage ("you") and Realtor Call Rescue ("we," "us") covering your use of the Realtor Call Rescue service. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. What the service does
We provide your brokerage a dedicated phone number ("rescue number"). When you forward unanswered or busy calls from your own office line to that number, callers hear a greeting, may leave a voicemail, and automatically receive a text message from your rescue number. Replies, voicemails, and call activity appear in your dashboard, from which you can text callers back.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate business information and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account, including activity by agents and office staff you give access to. One account covers one office's phone line unless we agree otherwise.
3. Billing and cancellation
- The service is billed monthly in advance via Stripe at the price shown at signup. Prices for new billing periods may change with notice.
- If your signup included a free trial, your card is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
- You can cancel anytime from the Billing page in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial-month refunds.
- If payment fails, we may suspend the service after a grace period. Canceled accounts release their rescue number, which may not be recoverable.
4. Text messaging rules
- Texts are sent on your behalf and in your brokerage's name to people who called your brokerage. You are responsible for the content of your message template.
- Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and we will not text them again. Message and data rates may apply to recipients.
- The service may only be used to respond to people who contacted your brokerage first. It is not a marketing-blast tool, and using it to send unsolicited messages — listing promotions, farming campaigns, or purchased lead lists — is prohibited and grounds for immediate termination.
- You agree to comply with applicable communications laws (including the TCPA in the United States) and with your state real estate advertising rules in how you use the service.
5. Call forwarding and recordings
- You control call forwarding on your own phone line and can disable it at any time with your carrier's code.
- Voicemails callers leave are recorded and transcribed so you can hear and read them in your dashboard. Where your jurisdiction requires notice or consent for recordings, you are responsible for ensuring your greeting provides it.
6. Service limits
We work hard to deliver every text within seconds, but telephone networks and carriers are outside our control, and we can't guarantee delivery, timing, or uninterrupted availability. The service is not suitable for emergency communications.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect damages such as lost commissions, lost listings, or lost business.
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time as described above. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the messaging rules, or create risk for other customers, with notice where practical.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in the dashboard; continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
