Do these in order, top to bottom. Each one takes a minute or two.
This is your new helper number. When nobody can answer the brokerage's phone, the call lands here — and this number sends the text back to the buyer or seller who called. You don't need to do anything with it yet.
Pick up the brokerage's phone — the number on your signs and listings, not your personal cell. Choose your phone company below, then dial the code exactly as shown, like dialing a phone number. Your phone company will confirm with a beep or a message. That's the whole step — answered calls stay exactly the same as before.
Not sure which company? It's on your phone bill. Still not sure — try AT&T / T-Mobile first; if the code doesn't take, try the next tab.
That's it. From now on it happens by itself, for every call nobody in the office can answer.
Good to know: forwarding only touches calls you DON'T answer. Answered calls never leave your phone, and you can switch it all off with the turn-off code above.
🤝 Rather have a person walk you through it? Email sales@realtorcallrescue.com with your phone number and a good time — we'll call you and do the whole setup together. It takes about five minutes.
